HIRING AND ASSESSMENT

The best way to build your team is to hire the right person. Most often, organizations are limited to credentials and track record, which can be misleading and not a true reflection of the individual’s capabilities. Our formal axiology tool accurately measures an individual’s true competencies for leadership, management, sales, and customer service.

The tool has been vetted by psychometricians at leading universities, field tested, and proven continuously for nearly five decades. It blends science, mathematical theory, and psychology to provide a clear, practical view of how people process their work, accurately measuring their strengths and risks. Our clients call it “uncannily accurate.”

We also use the formal axiology tool to help executives build their existing teams, providing them with insight on how to coach employees. And we use it in team building workshops to help team members understand how to work productively with one another.

SEARCH

Our approach to search begins with understanding an organization’s culture and expectations. Building upon that, we help organizations understand market forces and competitive compensation for their region. We prefer to work with a search committee, though that’s not a requirement.

We handle every detail from the position specification to the outreach, to creating a qualification tool, to providing analysis of candidates for the organization. We use our formal axiology assessment tool with the most promising candidates and provide a comparative analysis to the client.

We facilitate the interview process and develop behavioral questions customized for each candidate based on the results of our comparative assessment.  Once we identify the finalist,  we assist with the salary negotiation and provide up to three months of onboarding support, acting as a liaison between the organization and the new hire.
